A TRIP TO THE WOOD

To learn more about trees we went walking  to a wood not far from our school. We watched the differences between decidious and evergreen trees and tried to learn the names of some of them.

PLANTS

This term we are studing plants and these are some of the activities  we are doing to learn about them.

                 Growing seeds in the classroom

Place the seeds into small pots

And label them....

water them every two or three days

And  ....wait!

in a few days roots will appear

Then a small shoot.....

It´s time to plant in bigger pots with soil

Lentils and chickpeas are the first to have stem and small leaves

then the white beans

And they soon grow up!

CHRISTMAS 2014

CHRISTMAS STORY : The snowman


We start preparing everything for the christmas festival and some decorations for the school.

And paper snowflakes for the windows and doors

On the 19th of December we celebrated the Christmas festivals in the different schools of the C.R.A.

SPORTS AND HOBBIES

                                       MY FAVOURITE SPORT MAN

My favorite sports man is David Villa. He is know as “El Guaje”, he is a footballer. He played for F.C. Barcelona and he lives in Barcelona. He is from Asturias, Langreo, and he is 27 years old. His hobbies is playing  football,  he can play all sports. He won 36 prizes . His favourite sportive prize was in  real Zaragoza .He won a prince of Asturias award. His fovourite food is fabada.He trains 3 hours a day.

His name is Lionel Andrés Messi, he is know as Messi. He is a

professional football player, he plays in Football Club Barcelona, 

he lives in Barcelona and  he is from Argentina. He was born on 24

 of june 1987, he is 27 years old. His hobbies are playing,

  football and doing other sports, he can play football very well. He 

has got 23 prizes, he won his first prize when  was 24 years old. 

His favorite food is pasta and chicken. He trains 3 hours every day.

MY FAVOURITE HOBBIES

I like riding horses, playing, football, basketball and frisbee . I don't like baseball. I can ride a horse and swim, play frisbee, I  can play the piano skate and cycle  too. I can't play baseball and volleyball. I´m quite good at football, basketball, frisbee and golf.
